Robert van Mourik

Studied accountancy and worked as an accountant for ten years in various companies a.o. a building materials merchant and a non food retail chain. He then went to work for an international contractor in subsequent managerial positions in Africa, Asia, the Carrabean and the USA. After this he was with a stock exchange quoted, international textile firm in The Netherlands as cfo for ten years.

Since 1999 he is active as merger and acquisition consultant as well as teacher and developer of management courses, strategy and value management. Robert is a speaker at seminars and currently conducts a study into the impact of cultural aspects on Value Based Management (VBM) in the corporate world. He specializes in the food sector, construction and engineering, transport and logistics as well as textiles.
