Mário Negrão
Mário Negrão (59) is graduated in Economics (1974, Lisbon-Portugal) and has more than 30 years of experience in the investment banking and foreign investment areas, namely in Europe, Africa and Far East, as well as top management and strategic advisory in several sectors.
Currently is the President of CA Consult a leading financial advisory company based in Lisboa, the Portuguese member of Pandion Partners, Advisor of the Board of Crédito Agrícola Group, and President of other investment banking firms of this Group, including: Asset Management (in Portugal and Cabo Verde), Offshore Branch Offices (Madeira and Cabo Verde), Real Estate Management.
During the last 6 years Mário Negrão was Executive Director of Caixa Central (the head of Crédito Agrícola Group) and before that he was Director of other portuguese banks, and Director of the Monetary and Exchange Authority of Macao.
His professional career has started in the 70´s as Director, and later as appointed President, of the Portuguese Foreign Investment Institute.
