Member of Management Board of Dom Maklerski Navigator and Partner in Navigator Capital. He has over 14 years of professional experience in capital market, including mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, IPO’s, SPO’s and SOP’s.
Previously Mr Tenderenda worked as Director for BRE Corporate Finance S.A. (CommerzBank Group). In the past he gained experience working for Millennium Dom Maklerski S.A. (Millennium Bank Group) and BIG Finance Sp. z o.o. as Corporate Finance Expert. During his job he managed and prepared public offerings for ERBUD, Energomontaż Północ, Novitus, Grupa Lotos, Unimil, Koelner, Hutmen, Redan, ZM Sokołów, ZM Koło, Polifarb Cieszyn, Drosed, Polifarb Dębica. Some of his major M&A Clients were: Condomi, Polmos Siedlce, Famed Stolno, Biruna, Instal Białystok, SM Sokołów, ZM Koło, Polifarb Cieszyn, Polifarb Wrocław.
Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Organization and Management) and University of Minnesota (MBA).
