Rafal Tuzimek
Vice-president of Dom Maklerski Navigator and Partner in Navigator Capital. He has over 14 years of professional experience in capital market, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, IPO’s, privatizations and restructuring programs.
Previously Mr Tuzimek worked as Executive Director for Capital Transactions at Ipopema Securities. Prior to that he gathered experience working for Credit Lyonnais and Arthur Andersen (Corporate Finance Department). He is also a Member of Supervisory Boards of listed Polish companies.
Some of his major Clients are: Koelner, Jutrzenka, Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna, PKM Duda, Fota, Pamapol, Aplisens, Hydrapres, Huta Stalowa Wola, Unimil, Telmax, Ster-Projekt, Polifarb Cieszyn-Wrocław, ZPM Mróz, Animex, Huta Szkła Okiennego Kara, Gryf.
Mr Tuzimek received PhD degree in Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Currently he gives lectures on Corporate Finance and M&A.
