- Michal is M&A and Corporate Finance specialist with 12 years experience.
- Michal has started his professional career at NEWTON Stock Investment, a brokerage house at Prague Stock Exchange, in 1996. He became Project Manager for NEWTON Group with focus on Corporate Finance & international coverage in Central and Eastern Europe - namely in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria & Romania - in 1999.
- Besides Mergers & Acquisitions, Michal extended his knowledge to Project Finance & Public Private Partnership in 2006.
- At present Michal leads as Partner responsible for M&A and Project Finance activities of NEWTON Business Development, Prague which is the Pandion Partners office in the Czech Republic. He is fluent in English and Czech with knowledge of Russian.
