Oliver co-founded Alinea, alongside Simon, and has a background as a Chartered Accountant trained at BDO LLP, bringing a fresh and more engaged approach to corporate finance advisory. His journey includes roles at a national accountancy practice, a large advisory boutique, and a global accountancy firm.

Simon co-founded Alinea, alongside Oliver, and has built expertise on a foundation of experience from leading advisory firms, global accountancy practices, and corporate banks. He is passionate about working with midmarket businesses, especially those in technology sectors, to get transactions across the line. Simon has a background as a Chartered Accountant by training, and honed his skills at Clairfield International, BDO LLP and Lloyds Corporate.
