TWAdvisers closed transaction for SeneCura

TWAdvisers, member of Pandion Partners International Advisory Group, and led by Dr. Thomas Wally, acted as exclusive M&A-adviser to SeneCura, the leading provider of elderly care and health care services, on SeneCura’s entry into the Croatian elderly care market, and the acquisition of two elderly care and nursing homes from the Budić family. Tomislav Kovalisko from Vestibule Partners acted as our local partner on this project.
