SMH Group, owned by Estonian entrepreneur Martin Saar, is a newly formed holding company with the aim of consolidating the property and infrastructure life-cycle services industry in Estonia and neighboring countries. Over the past years, Martin Saar has built Krausberg Eesti into one of the top three cleaning service providers in Estonia. 

Tallinna Kommunaalteenused provides street maintenance and landscaping services to the City of Tallinn, several other municipalities and private customers. This acquisition gives SMH Group an opportunity to expand its service offering and enter the field of main road maintenance in Tallinn.
