I’m a globally experienced senior advisor and managing partner of Leap Advisors Oy, a boutique for strategic planning and M&A advisory in Helsinki, Finland. After my engineering degree in Finland I had multiple corporate positions including several international assignments, studied MBA in Henley business school, UK and gain strong ­— over 30 years chemical industry experience with excellent track record of leading and developing large organizations and international operations including several cross boarder M&A, divestment and integration projects.
