Will brings over twenty-five years of deal facilitation and transactional experience as a commercial litigation lawyer, business intermediary, and serial entrepreneur. At Beacon, Will specializes in business valuations and sell-side engagements. Will started his career in operations at a pioneer Internet company in New York City focused on supply chain management and technology. Prior to founding Beacon in 2010, Will headed up Sunbelt Business Brokers in Toronto managing the three largest Sunbelt territories in Canada.

Will also has experience in hospitality real estate development and asset and property management.
