Carlos Gill Robbiani has gained practical experience in public and private financing, economic analysis, bond structuring, and M&A transactions, working with companies and institutions across sectors such as infrastructure, industrials, energy, financial services, and consumer goods. He brings a comprehensive understanding of sovereign and corporate financing through his experience at Paraguay’s Ministry of Finance, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and in investment banking.

Before joining Phi Capital Partners, Carlos worked within public debt and fiduciary teams, and between 2019 and 2023 he was part of the Investment Banking division at Puente Paraguay, where he participated in—and later led—bond issuances and multiple M&A transactions with local and international clients.

Carlos holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” and a Master’s in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. He is fluent in Spanish and English. His interests include financial markets, international economics, and sports.
