I joined Tecnova in 2010 as the head of the M&A practice, focusing on cross-border transactions and helping international companies successfully establish their footprint in India. Over the years, I have been privileged to lead multiple high-profile transactions across a variety of industries including consumer goods, automotive, healthcare, renewable energy, and information technology. I have also had the opportunity to work closely with clients from around the world, including the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia, helping them navigate the complexities of the Indian market.

In April 2016, I was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Tecnova. Since then, I’ve been responsible for steering the company’s growth trajectory, crafting and executing strategies for international expansion, and overseeing our overall vision. Our team’s relentless focus on delivering value to clients has allowed us to maintain a leadership position in the India-entry consulting space.

Before Tecnova, I worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney, Australia, as part of their Corporate Finance division. This role gave me invaluable experience in financial advisory services and cross-border business transactions, which I have applied extensively throughout my career.

Currently, I am based in Dubai with my wife and two children. Outside of my professional endeavours, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring new cultures, which further enriches my global perspective.
