Oliver Wadlow is a Partner at Alinea, specialising in corporate finance and business valuation, with a particular focus on M&A in the IFA and wealth management sector. A Chartered Accountant with a strong track record, he advises both sellers and buyers across a wide range of sectors, including cross-border transactions, managing each transaction from inception through to completion with a detailed, commercially-minded approach to financial modelling and negotiation.

Prior to co-founding Alinea in 2019, Oliver was a Corporate Finance Manager at Azets from 2017 to 2019, having previously spent two years as a Corporate Finance Executive at Clairfield International. He began his career in business assurance at BDO LLP, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. This diverse background across a national accountancy practice, a large advisory boutique, and a global accountancy firm gave him the breadth of experience he brought together with Simon to found Alinea and deliver a fresh, more engaged approach to corporate finance advisory.

Oliver holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), regulated by the ICAEW.
