Patricio Fiorito has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, having developed deep practical knowledge and long-standing relationships with companies across sectors such as consumer goods, industrials, financial services, food & beverage, real estate, and services. Throughout his career, he has led transactions in Argentina and Paraguay involving corporate finance structures, public and private debt issuances, securitizations, fiduciary vehicles, investment funds, and complex M&A processes.

Before founding Phi Capital Partners, he served as President of Fiduciaria del Norte S.A. in Argentina and later as Country Manager, Commercial Director, and Partner of Puente in Paraguay (2014–2022). His background combines law and corporate finance, giving him a direct understanding of the needs and concerns of business owners and executive teams through his involvement in structuring and negotiating transactions across diverse sectors of the economy.

Patricio holds a Law degree from the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, a Master’s in Business Law from Universidad Austral, and an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. An Argentine national, he is passionate about business development projects, motorcycles, and travel.
