Peep is a highly-experienced business executive and serial entrepreneur with 35 years of track record in telecom, technology, IT/IoT and in M&A industries in Europe, USA, Russia/CIS and Israel. He has been involved in building up several businesses from the start-up phase into large organizations both with domestic and international scale (Tele2, Skype, Modesat), with many successful exits to either strategic or financial investors.

In investment banking and M&A, Poldsamm has been Associate Partner of Keystone Advisers, a member of Pandion Partners, an international network of boutique investment banks, with nearly 150 M&A performed transactions in his portfolio during last 12 years. Due to its background, Peep has been responsible for transactions in TMT arena with focus to mid-cap transactions (€20 – 200m), incl. with involvement of Ericsson, Nokia, IBM, Broadcom, Qualcomm, Cisco, Bezeq, Beeline, Intel and many global Private Equity firms (incl. Advent, KKR, Blackstone).

Mr Poldsamm has been SVP Business Development and M&A of Tele2 Baltics, founder and CEO of Tallinn Cable Television/Cgates(Estonia, Lithuania), founder and CEO of Bravocom(first MVNO in the Baltics), President and CEO of ModesatCommunications, Inc. (wireless technology developer, Sunnyvale/San Diego, USA). In 2014, MrPoldsamm founded Levikom and Noranet. Resident of Tallinn, Estonia.
