SEBO Beauty operates 𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐦, an integrated dermatology and aesthetic medicine clinic in Riga, as well as the 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐏𝐑𝐎 laser hair removal and cosmetology salons in Liepāja and Daugavpils.

MeDi Group is a healthcare consolidation platform established by Merito Partners and Dins Šmits with the ambition to build a professionally managed group of healthcare companies and clinics across the Baltics. The acquisition of Vividerm broadens MeDi Group’s range of medical services and represents another step in the development of its healthcare platform.
