Vestibule Partners LLC, a member of PandionPartners was exclusive sell-side adviser to Marjanović family, shareholders of MOLARIS d.o.o. on the sale of its 100% stake to OSIJEK-KOTEKS d.d. (Kopie 1)

MOLARIS d.o.o. is a concessionaire company exploiting amphibolite stone (technical construction stone of eruptive origin) in their quarry located in Western Slavonia.
The buyer, OSIJEK-KOTEKS d.d. is one of the oldest construction companies in Croatia. It has constructed thousands of kilometers of roads and numerous high-rise buildings. Company is vertically integrated with significant production of asphalt, stone aggregates and sand materials and is present at a number of significant construction projects in the Republic of Croatia.
