Derek has been working in the area of business valuations and mergers and acquisitions since 2004. Prior to joining Spence Valuation Group and SVG Capital Group, Mr. Sanders worked at international firms in valuations and transaction advisory roles, in London, Kelowna and Vancouver. He has advised numerous business owners through the marketing and sale of their businesses and has experience with businesses operating in a variety of industries including a broad range of manufacturing industries, services, construction, distribution, SAS, technology, and retail.
