Vestibule Partners LLC , a member of PandionPartners was exclusive sell-side adviser to Mr. Goran Večković, shareholder of SEGRAD - IVA d.o.o. on the sale of his 100% stake to Unijabeton d.o.o.

SEGRAD – IVA d.o.o. is a concessionaire company operating one of the biggest Croatian gravel & sand exploitation field Severovci. EF Severovci is Located in Koprivnica – Križevci county with exploitation reserves of more than 9.3 million cubic metre.
 
The buyer, Unijabeton d.o.o. main business activities are the production of all types of concrete, the transport of concrete and the installation of concrete. Company has modern facilities for the production of heated and cooled concrete. Company is present at a number of significant construction projects in the Republic of Croatia.
